A compulsory tender briefing and site show round will be conducted on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 1500 hrs (Yangon Time; UTC + 6:30 h) at the Singapore Embassy in Yangon; thereafter, no tender documents will be issued. Interested tenderers must register for the briefing before 1700 hrs (Yangon Time; UTC + 6:30 h) on Monday, 17 August 2026 using the registration form.

The closing date for tender proposal submission is on Friday,4 September 2026 at 5.00 pm (Yangon Time), UTC + 6.30 hours. Tender offers and other necessary documents stated in the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and Submission Checklist shall be submitted in duplicate by hand to the Embassy in the sealed envelopes provided.
